Do you ship internationally?

 

Yes we do. What's better, we ship your order for free, anywhere in the world!

What shipping method do you use?

 

We ship your packages via courier. Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number for your record.

How long will it take to receive my package?

It may take 7 to 14 working days for mail items to reach recipients for most destination cities which are subject to situation of flight availability, customs clearance, aviation security check, force majeure events, etc as well as the territory coverage. 

For destinations in extensive territory like Russia, Brazil and Mexico, it may take more delivery time.

International deliveries –
Import duties & taxes

 

Buyer is responsible for import duties and taxes may occur in clearance of goods. Import charges vary from country to country, please contact your local customs office before your order. If you refuse the package due to customs charges, The Paper Crane Co will not offer refunds.

Returns & Refund Policy

We only offer store credits for returns due to stock availability. Once your item has been received and checked, a store credit will be issued and emailed to you. You may applied the store credit at the checkout.

Items* must be returned within 15 days from the date of delivery. Items must be in its original packaging, with its hangtag, unworn, unwashed, unstained, undamaged, and odor free.

*All sales items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. To avoid lost packages and the returns can be processed in the allocated time frame, please send your return with a traceable post. Please notify us of the tracking details so that we both can keep track of your order.

Please inspect all your goods upon arrival, defaults must be reported within 5 days after delivery. If you have received a faulty item, please email us immediately at order@thepapercraneco.com. We will refund and cover the cost of return shipping.
